I placed my order at the beginning of September 2018 and it has since transpired that Brad does not currently have a supplier for enclosures. On two separate occasions after I contacted Futuresonus, I was told that it could ship within a week, but I never received a tracking number. I understand that shipping dates are never guaranteed with custom-built musical instruments, but if I had not asked about my order status, I would not have been told anything. He has not responded to my latest communication and despite my desire to own one, I fear that I may be waiting for an indeterminate amount of time before it will ship. Brad, if you’re reading this please contact me and explain what is happening, or I will have no choice but to ask for a refund.
